Biography

Venkat Roy was a PhD student in the CAS group, working on the SHINE project.

In 2011, he received the Best student paper award at the 18th IEEE Symposium on Communications and Vehicular Technology in the Benelux , Ghent, Belgium for the paper "Performance Evaluation of a Wavelet Packet-based Spectrum Estimator for Cognitive Radio Applications".

He obtained his PhD degree on 15 October 2018. He is currently with NXP, Eindhoven.
