Biography

Alessandro Urso was born in Lecce, Italy, in 1991. He received the Bachelors degree and the M.Sc. degree cum Laude both in Electronic and Telecommunications engineering from University of Ferrara, Italy in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree at the Department of Microelectronics at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, and Computer Science, Delft University of Technology. His research interests include low-power analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits design and energy harvesting for autonomous wireless sensor nodes.

    This manuscript points out some mistakes in the Introduction and in the table of comparison of a paper already published in this journal by Hsu and Schmid [1]. Although the main claim of [1] is still preserved, we believe the paper needs to be rectified for scientific correctness of the work.
