Biography

Yue Chen is a PhD candidate researcher at Delft University of Technology (TUDelft), since Sep. 2014. Before he joined ELCA, he received the B.E. degree and master degree in electronic engineering from Xian Jiaotong University, Xian, China, in 2011 and 2014, respectively.
