Biography

Elvin Isufi was born in Albania in 1989. He received his Master of Science degree (cum laude) in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Perugia, Italy, in 2014. From November 2013 to August 2014 he was a visiting member at Circuits and Systems group, Delft University of Technology, where he worked on his master thesis. From November 2014 until January 2019 he pursued the Ph. D. degree on signal processing on graphs at Delft University of Technology. His research interests include signal processing on graphs, specifically implementation of graph filters by ARMA recursion and stochastic signal processing on graphs, network coding and underwater communications.
