MSc Ping Sun

P. Sun got her bachelor's degree in power engineering and engineering thermophysics of New Energy College, China university of petroleum (East China). And she completed the master’s degree in the same faculty of the university(June 30th, 2023). During the study of the master’s program, she focused on the multi-field modelling of microchannel cooling in 3D-IC and TSV structure design. 

As a PhD candidate, P. Sun joined Technology University of Delft in the Electronics Components Technology and Materials (ECTM) group in the Department of Microelectronics in January 2024. At present, she is working on a cooperation project between TUD and Boschman. Her current research is related to smart sintering control unit that is the key to improve the performance of SiC power module packaging.
