Third edition Microelectronics Research day

On Tuesday, 3 February, the Microelectronics department of TU Delft’s EEMCS faculty organised the third edition of its Research Day. The event showcased the department's world-leading research areas like autonomous sensor systems, next-generation sensing, and health and well-being.
With a plenary lecture by Alexander Buhmann (Chief Expert at Bosch GmbH), poster presentations, stands, and plenty of networking opportunities, the day brought together more than 250 participants, several companies, 12 invited talks, and 60 selected posters.

At this year’s International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC) - the world’s leading conference on chip design (the Chip Olympics), TU Delft presented a record 14 papers and 1 forum talk, out of a total of 39 accepted EU papers.
Professor Kofi Makinwa appointed member of the KHMW
The Royal Holland Society of Sciences and Humanities (KHMW) has appointed Prof Kofi Makinwa, head of the Microelectronics department of TU Delft’s faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science, as a Scientific member.
