Postdoc/PhD in RFIC

We are looking for a candidate for a Postdoc or a Ph.D. position with a background in RF and mixed-signal integrated circuit design, with also a solid understanding of digital design. The candidate's primary role is to develop, design, and measure a wake-up receiver and a frequency synthesizer in CMOS technology for Internet-of-Things applications. Prior tape-out experience, the results of which have been successfully published, is required for postdoc candidates and highly appreciated for Ph.D. candidates. Candidates should be self-motivated team players with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
