Function Description and Details

You as student assistant help during the course labs with the questions of the students as well as technical problems in assignments on a more detailed level. Note that if you do not hear from us via email in the week 24th-28th of August, then you are not selected for this position.

We are looking for student assistants for Course Labs EE1C11 and EE1D11, on the first quarter.

The Course Labs are electrical engineering practica for first year students. The course labs of EE1C11 are a prerequisite for students to take part in the EPO-1 Project on the second quarter.

We have another TA vacancy for online EE1D11 assignments (first half of Q1 online VHDL and second half of Q1 online C program assignments) on Fridays (10:45-12:45 pm). In the form below, you can indicate if you are interested (or not). This EE1D11 vacancy should take about online 4-12 hours per week (the larger workload is expected in weeks 1.6-1.9 for online C assignments).

Schedule

Course Labs EE1C11 and EE1D11 are given on the first quarter of academic year 2021/2022.

  • Course lab weeks 1.1-1.4 & 1.6-1.8. August 31st – October 30th, 2021
  • Every Tuesday online 14:30-16:30 pm for groups A, B and C
  • Physical lab session in Tellegen Hall for Group A: Wednesday morning (8.45 - 12:30 hrs)
  • Physical lab session in Tellegen Hall for Group B: Wednesday afternoon (13:45 - 17:30 hrs)
  • Physical lab session in Tellegen Hall for Group C: Wednesday afternoon (17:30 - 20:30 hrs)

Requirements and employment conditions

  • Bachelor or Master student
  • Active FlexDelft account (if you do not have one, you can ask for one at FlexDelft offices)
  • For non-european union international students, to have a valid working permit at least two weeks before the start of the first session (FlexDelft can arrange the working permit for you)
  • You can choose to assist Groups A or Groups B or both, but no other combinations of days/hours
  • Remuneration is on basis of your study points (ECTS) achieved and conform to the Collective labour agreement (CAO) of Dutch Universities
