Sensor readout ASIC in SiC technology

Sensors made in SiC technology are very promising for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, such as power grids, space, etc. Currently, there is still relatively little know-how on SiC integrated circuit design. In this project, we will develop a sensor readout IC in SiC technology.
