Inayat Ullah received his PhD degree in Computer Engineering from Chosun University South Korea. His research interests include Neuromorphic Computing, Systolic Array architecture, FPGA-based Content-Addressable Memory Architectures, and Reconfigurable Computing.

He was a postdoc at CAS from April 2020 until Feb 2022.
