Postdoc/PhD vacancy: CMOS frequency references

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in analog circuit design, who is interested in the design of integrated frequency references in standard CMOS. Such references, based on RC, LC and TD time constants, will be essential for the realization of crystal-free IoT systems. For both positions, prior tape out experience is required.
