High-precision temperature control IC

  • Temperature control is critical in many precision biomedical-related experiments such as DNA sequence detection, cell mutation monitoring. A cooling and heating system with expensive instrument (such as Kiethley) to control temperature is often involved. The goal of this project is to design a precision temperature control loop in CMOS technology, which should significantly reduce system cost.
